This is a 10 x 20" original oil painting on a 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas. 
It captures a blissful memory made on Pleasant Bay Beach in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. 
I referenced a photo I snapped while exploring the area last summer. I think some of my favourite nights to date have been spent huddled around a fire with friends. 
I hoped to capture the warmth of the scene, and embody fond beach bonfire memories that so many people can relate to!
